I have had migraines since I was a teenager. It seems each decade they have progressed in some new capacity. Well, the summer of 2022 has been the worse by far. My migraines have grown to a level of intensity that I think, “Am I going to have a stroke?” In addition, they have persisted for 3-5 days non-stop.

I have persisted through all the pain during the day and crashing into a puddle in bed at night. Not a great quality of life.

It has been a game-changer. When the headache is so intense I feel overwhelmed. I take this out of the freezer and pop it on. It provides a cooling effect and the perfect amount of pressure around my scalp to knock down the intensity.

I can also heat it in the microwave if I prefer a warm hug around my brain.
